A wealth of skilled technicians and engineers specializing in the design and fabrication of stainless steel tanks, vessels, and other equipment seen here sitting on the heat exchange tubing about to fill four dairy evaporators.
Ben / Project Manager-Sales
Ben is the principal contact at Seitz Stainless when you are looking for a quote or information on having us fabricate a vessel. He is also responsible for your project from the time of order, then keeping you well-informed as it travels through fabrication until it arrives on-site. Ben started his career as a CNC Machinist, then transitioned into CAD/Design and has been here at Seitz for 15 years, fulfilling a number of roles. When not here, you can often find him and his family out on the water in Minnesota’s “Up North”, near the Brainerd Lakes Region.
Jeff / President
Having grown up in the meat and dairy processing industry, Jeff has had the incredible opportunity to complete some engineering degrees and an MBA, and spend part of his career in the aerospace industry working with numerous government agencies such as NASA, Los Alamos National Labs, and others, learning various mathematical, electrical, chemical, and metallurgical skills that broadened his engineering training so he could come back and contribute to the industry he grew up with. When not here, he’s, well… generally here. But on occasion has been known to fish, restore a few antiques, and put a few miles on his bike.
Janet / Director of Administration
Janet is the first and last person you see when you visit us. Her primary role here is herding cats; making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be when they need to be, with the proper tickets, tools, and documentation. This includes, employees, guests, subcontractors, customers, and inspectors. Other times she can be found setting up shipping, paying bills, and balancing timecard fact from fiction. The mother of two adult children, she spends her spare time keeping Mother Nature from taking back the little cabin on the lake, and playing French Horn and traveling the world with the St. Cloud Municipal Band.
Trish / Controller
Trish wears lots and lots of hats here at Seitz, taking the financial lead of any project, and generally just keeping the rest of us in line. Some of her other hats include, but are not limited to, A/R, A/P, banking, safety and H.R. When not here, you’ll often find her on the working end of a needle and thread, doing sewing and embroidery.
Nick / Purchasing Manager
Nick has performed a range of manufacturing, sales and administration functions here and elsewhere, and is currently the purchasing manager. He is responsible for getting the best quality materials for your project on time and keeping it within budget.
Jeremy / Estimator – Field Service Coordinator
As a long-time, well-seasoned shop and field fabricator, we keep Jeremy busy, not only as an estimator, he also keeps the shop stocked with consumables and the proper specialty abrasives for upcoming projects. He is also our go-to guy for field activity planning when we take ourselves over the road for repairs and installations. When not here, Jeremy, along with his family, can be found Hunting, Fishing, Trap Shooting & enjoying the outdoors on the farm.
Adrian / Shop Foreman
As Shop Foreman, Adrian is responsible to thoroughly understand your project, keep it on track through the shop, and assure that it is perfect when it comes out. Another, long-time, well-seasoned shop and field fabricator, Adrian has also been with Seitz for 20+ years, coming up through the fabrication ranks. At home, Adrian is a part-time farmer, and is very active in his kids’ education, home schooling them with his wife.
John / Quality Control Manager
John has built or overseen more projects than anyone else here, having spent his early fabrication and installation years at one of the nations largest dairy equipment engineering and fabrication companies, and having been here at Seitz for 20 years. John has worked his way through fabrication, installation, and shop management, and is totally qualified to ensure that what we ship to you is exactly what we promised, and that is looks just as good as it can. A long time stock car racer himself, he is now manager and pit crew for his racing son.
Davey / Documentation Control Manager
Every piece of everything we manufacture can be traced back to its source, and Davey is responsible for keeping that paper trail intact. When not racing around the shop, Davey can be found racing around the local dirt tracks in Number 11, with guidance from his dad.
